Agents working on this program will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls to sell food packages, programs, and other nutritional products. Generate sales by providing superior customer service, utilize optimal listening and persuasive skills to identify needs, seek solutions and motivate customers to optimize results. No Cold Calling!

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have high energy and enthusiasm with a proven persuasive ability.
Entry- level Sales candidates may apply!
Minimum of high school diploma, some college experience preferred
1 year experience of sales, telesales experience a plus!
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others
Ability to conduct inbound sales phone calls to meet and exceed sales goals
Ability to work full time and a weekend shift every week
Be courteous, helpful, energetic, respectful and polite when dealing with co-workers, clients, and prospective clients
Flexibility to work additional hours during peak season (Jan-Apr.), including days, weeknights, and weekends particularly during advertising campaigns such as QVC shows, TV and radio commercials, and print marketing,

HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:

~* High Speed Internet: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISPs allowed)
~* Analog landline phone line (No digital or VoIP)

Required before training begins:

~* Computer must be ‘hard-wired’ to modem or router, no wireless connections.
~* Corded Telephone headset with noise-canceling microphone that plugs into a corded land-line telephone for production calls. Mute button and volume control required either on headset or phone.
~* Telephone line used for work must be basic line-no call blocking or call waiting

IMPORTANT- CCPs are required to purchase a USB VOIP headset prior to day 1 of training.

Computer Requirements:

Windows 7 is not supported at this time.

Windows XP must meet the following requirements:

~* PC running Windows XP
~* Minimum 1 GB RAM
~* 1 GHZ or higher processor (multi-core recommended)
~* Minimum 8 GB free hard drive disk space
~* Monitor screen resolution set at 1024×768
~* Sound card for training (USB headset, external speakers will not work during scheduled shift)
~* 2 available USB ports for Secure Remote Desktop Thumb Drive and USB Headset used for training and Production. Acceptable USB devices include: Mouse, keyboard, SRD Thumb Drive and USB headset.
~* USB Mouse and keyboard. Wireless mouse and keyboards are not permitted.
~* USB Headset and noise canceling microphone and mute button
~* Current anti-virus software with updated definitions
~* Current anti-spyware software
~* Firewall installed & operating or windows firewall turned on
~* Mouse is required to have a scroll button.

All agents will be required to pass a background check as well as a credit check. The job offer with Alpine Access may be rescinded if any background check or credit check results are failed. The flat fee of $45 for the background/credit check is payable by credit or debit card through a secure, web-based system and is the applicant’s responsibility.
