Description:

Cloud 10 routes calls from our clients’ customers to your home. You will be responsible for handling various customer transactions. Some of these transactions include providing information about products and services, taking orders and solving problems. You will use your home computer and client-specific computer applications to work through these transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Confer with customers by telephone, email or Web chat in order to provide information
• Resolve customers' service or billing issues
• Record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

• Strong organizational skills
• A professional and articulate phone voice
• The desire and availability to work 20 or more hours per week
• A quiet work environment
• A subscription to a dependable, high speed Internet service provider
• A reliable personal computer and headset
• Basic computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to solve problems
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and basic credit check
